I just wanted to send you an email and let you know how things were going. I know you are busy. Hope you and your family had a nice Holiday. We sure did. It was nice to have some time off work. Everything here is going well. Mostly, I just wanted to thank you again for everything you went through to get me into this house. I thought about purchasing a gift card for you as a token of my gratitude but that would not be even close to what you deserve. You helped me accomplish one of my biggest goals, without your expertise this would have not been possible. I will never forget your kindness nor, could I ever pay enough for your troubles. I hope that one day the table turns your way and you are rewarded for your hard work and for believing in me enough to give me this chance.
